TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Public Relations professional to spearhead integrated PR strategies across Southeast Asia. You will manage media relations, craft press releases, and support executive communications while aligning with product launches and campaigns.

The role requires collaboration with country teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective execution across markets, plus oversight of regional PR agencies and sustainability reporting coordination.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years in Public Relations/Marketing Communications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement integrated PR strategies across Southeast Asia.
• Manage media engagement, relationships, and outreach in Singapore.
• Lead the preparation of press releases, media content, and executive communications.
• Provide PR support for product launches, marketing campaigns, and key PR initiatives.
• Collaborate with country teams for consistent messaging and effective execution across markets.
• Manage regional PR agencies and assess performance against KPIs, including media coverage and campaign results.
• Coordinate sustainability reporting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collect, consolidate, and verify data from different markets for accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute to sustainability report preparation by reviewing content.
• Coordinate project schedules and timelines for sustainability initiatives.
• Manage internal communications initiatives, including monthly newsletters.
• Assist in developing corporate messaging for senior executives.
• Prepare materials for spokespersons, including briefing docs, interview guidelines, talking points, and Q&A materials.
• Maintain consistent messaging across internal and external channels.

• Collect, consolidate, and verify data from different markets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with reporting requirements.
• Contribute to the preparation of sustainability reports, including reviewing and validating content.
• Coordinate project schedules and timelines to ensure sustainability initiatives are completed efficiently and on time.
• Manage internal communication initiatives, including monthly newsletters and employee communications.
• Assist in developing corporate messaging and communications for senior executives.
• Prepare and manage communication materials for key company spokespersons, including briefing documents, interview guidelines, talking points, and Q&A materials.
• Maintain consistent messaging and communication standards across both internal and external channels.

Requirements:
