Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS) seeks a communications professional to develop and execute corporate communications, digital content, and heritage asset management to strengthen corporate reputation, brand awareness, and stakeholder relationships.

The role covers planning VIP engagements, coordinating cross-functional programs, and producing engaging content for social platforms to elevate visibility and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Media, or related discipline.
• Preferably 4+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Marketing Communications, Content Development, or related fields.
• Experience in digital content creation, storytelling, editorial planning, photography, videography, and social media communications.
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
• Agency experience is an advantage.
• Experience working with regional or global stakeholders is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Korean is advantageous to support regular business communications with HQ in South Korea.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen corporate reputation through strategic storytelling and stakeholder engagement.
• Plan and coordinate corporate visits, VIP engagements, and visitor programs.
• Oversee end-to-end VIP visits, including scheduling and post-visit documentation.
• Develop compelling digital content across social media and other platforms.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to showcase initiatives and milestones.
• Amplify content through appropriate channels to maximize reach.
• Manage corporate communication assets and content libraries.
• Lead digital asset archiving and heritage management.
• Identify opportunities to leverage assets for branding and storytelling.
• Coordinate with HQ and cross-functional teams on messaging and campaigns.
• Support VIP experiences for domestic and international stakeholders.
