Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS) seeks a practical, business-oriented legal and compliance professional to enable sustainable growth while building a robust risk and compliance framework.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions to manage legal risks, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, oversee regulatory matters, and drive process improvements with digital and AI-enabled tools, promoting integrity and governance.

Qualifications

• PQE 3–5 years in a law firm and/or in-house legal environment.
• Experience in compliance advisory or regulatory work is advantageous.
• Strong foundation in corporate and commercial law with drafting and advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements and policies.
• Provide practical legal guidance on commercial transactions, employment, regulatory matters, and corporate governance.
• Identify legal risks and develop commercially practical solutions; deliver training and awareness.
