Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS) is seeking an experienced leader to drive the Business Management Team, optimizing sales and production support, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will coordinate with Hyundai and Kia HQ/RHQ and distributor networks to sustain profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Automotive Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in automotive business planning, sales operations, brand retail strategy, or sales planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience as a Project Manager for business planning or cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage Order-to-Delivery (OTD) operations for all models produced by HMGICS.
• Manage agency agreements with Hyundai and Kia, provide customer support including warranty aftersales and VOC handling.
• Export program supply and delivery management.
• Strengthen budget management and cost control to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Manage key fleet accounts and develop rental and leasing opportunities with RHQ.
• Serve as the communication hub among Hyundai HQ, RHQ, and distributor networks.
