Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a Transport AI Programme Senior Manager to lead the end-to-end AI programme across public transport, traffic management and road operations. You will build a multidisciplinary team, set multi-year strategy, and drive high-impact AI products while ensuring safety and governance within operational workflows.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience leading large-scale technology, AI, data, product, platform, or digital transformation programmes.
• Direct ownership of complex portfolios, senior stakeholder management, delivery governance, and a track record of scaling technology from prototype to production.
• Experience in government digital services, enterprise platforms, or whole-of-government transformation is highly relevant.

Responsibilities

• AI Strategy and Leadership: Develop and communicate a multi-year AI strategy aligned with LTA’s priorities and needs.
• AI Product and Platform Development: Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, data science, governance, and agency delivery.
• AI Adoption, Capability Building, and Innovation Programmes: Drive adoption through incubators, hackathons, and partnerships.
• Leadership, People Management, and Operating Model: Build and mentor a multidisciplinary AI leadership team.
• Public-Sector Fit: Engage policy, operations, procurement, risk, and delivery domains to deliver public value.
