Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is seeking a proactive leader for the sanitation and housekeeping team. The role involves walking the property daily to maintain a clean, safe and inviting environment for guests and staff, while supervising PAD team members across all shifts in close cooperation with PAD Managers.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of leadership experience in sanitation and hygiene, with strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety, and excellent English communication

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent vocational training.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in sanitation and hygiene.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety practices.
• Good command of English in reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to ensure a clean, safe and pleasing environment for guests and staff.
• Supervise, direct and lead the PAD Team Members across all shifts, coordinating with PAD Managers.
• Maintain inviting appearance of public areas to enhance guest experience at all times.
• Attend to needs and requests of internal and external guests of the property.
• Train team members on cleaning chemicals, lifting techniques and safety protocols.
