PUB Public Utilities Board - SGP is seeking an Engineer/Executive Engineer/Senior Engineer (Electrical) for the Changi Water Reclamation Plant. You will join a team of engineers and contractors to ensure safe, reliable maintenance of water treatment equipment and support operations at the plant.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, independent work capability, and readiness to respond to after-hours situations.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent.
• Able to work independently and a good team player.
• Able to respond to urgent situations outside normal working hours.
• Comfortable with working in used water environment and physically able to perform site works.
• Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies such as partial discharge is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Work with engineers and contractors to perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance works safely for M&E and auxiliary equipment in used water treatment processes.
• Assist supervisor to devise maintenance plan and budget, procure essential spares, monitor spares inventory and utilisation of expenditures; respond to equipment abnormalities and carry out SOP when required.
• Utilise enterprise systems such as the Asset Management System for procurement, contract management, asset and inventory management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving safety, efficiency, and equipment reliability.
• Manage and implement maintenance contracts to ensure works performed by contractors are executed according to objectives and within budget.

What the role is

As an Engineer/Executive Engineer/Senior Engineer (Electrical) at Changi Water Reclamation Plant, you will play a vital role in treating used water to produce high-quality NEWater and ensure safe discharge to the sea. Working alongside a team of engineers and contractors, you will implement various maintenance strategies to keep critical water treatment equipment running safely and efficiently. What you will be working on

• Work with engineers and contractors to perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance works safely for M&E and auxiliary equipment in used water treatment processes.
