Job summary

APP Engineering Pte Ltd, an established M&E contractor in Singapore, seeks a Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer (Plumbing, Sanitary & Gas) to join the Project Delivery team. You will manage Plumbing, Sanitary & Gas projects, supervise site installation, testing and commissioning, and prepare method statements and drawings.

The role requires a degree/diploma in Mechanical or related discipline, 2–5 years' experience in similar roles, and strong communication with the ability to work

Qualifications

• Requires degree/diploma in Mechanical or related discipline in Construction management.
• Knowledge of tender costing and experience in evaluation and cost estimation for sanitary, plumbing & gas is an added advantage.
• Min 2–5 years of working experience in a similar role with related design and installation knowledge preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, innovative and result oriented.
• Ability to work independently in a challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of design and construction drawings.
• Liaise with Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main Contractors, Subcontractors and Suppliers.
• Attend site meetings and inspections.

We are looking for a Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer (Plumbing, Sanitary & Gas) to join our Project Delivery team.

Responsibilities:

• Project management involving Plumbing, Sanitary & Gas Services.

• Project coordination and supervision of site installation, testing and commissioning.

• Preparation of method statements and work procedures.

• Review and monitor site construction activities and programmes to ensure work is completed as scheduled.

• Schedule and monitor work programmes and activities to ensure timely handover, and liaise with suppliers/vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials.

• Work assessment for progress claims and subcontractors' payments.

• Evaluation, cost estimation and analysis for Plumbing, Sanitary & Gas Services.

• Preparation of design and construction drawings.

• Liaise with all parties involved in the project, including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main Contractors, Subcontractors and Suppliers.
