Job summary

MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a P&S Engineer for on-site work in Serangoon, Singapore. The role involves planning, coordinating and executing Plumbing & Sanitary works for new build projects, with emphasis on safety and quality.

You will review drawings, coordinate with contractors and clients, monitor progress and ensure timely completion. A diploma or degree in an engineering discipline is required, with 1–3 years of experience in P&S works and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Excellent reading of drawings and ability to interpret M&E drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in the planning, coordination and execution of Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) works for new build projects.
• Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project schedule and specifications.
• Coordinate with Main Contractors, Consultants, Clients and subcontractors on project matters.
• Review construction drawings, shop drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of works.
• Prepare method statements, work schedules, material submissions and technical documentation.
• Coordinate material deliveries, manpower and site resources.
• Attend site meetings and technical coordination meetings.
• Ensure all P&S installations comply with PUB, BCA and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets required standards.
• Identify and resolve technical and site issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company safety procedures.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management

Job Requirements

• Experience in new build projects such as HDB, Condominium and Commercial developments is preferred.
• Able to read and interpret construction and M&E drawings.
