Job summary

Singtel is recruiting an Associate Director, PropTech Innovation & Strategic Partnerships to shape and drive technology-enabled innovations in Group Property, Workplace and Enterprise. You will lead innovation frameworks, manage partnerships, and translate insights into scalable customer solutions and business models across Singtel’s property portfolio.

You will collaborate with IT, Digital, Enterprise and external ecosystem partners, building governance and funding mechanisms to scale pilots

Qualifications

12–15+ years of relevant experience in real estate, commercial strategy, innovation, customer solutions, business development.
Strong experience across real estate, digital solutions, property technology and partnership management.
Domain knowledge in Property with experience in asset management, marketing, leasing or operations.
Track record developing new businesses, products, platforms or technology-enabled solutions.
Experience taking opportunities from business case through implementation, scale and commercialisation.

Responsibilities

Lead the technology innovation agenda for the Workplace28 programme and new Comcentre HQ.
Develop customer journeys, value propositions and measurable outcomes for property technology.
Identify opportunities to translate innovations into scalable customer and business solutions across Singtel’s property portfolio.
Establish governance, stage-gates and Go/No-Go criteria for innovation projects.
Orchestrate partners across Singtel and external ecosystem to translate concepts into production.
Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders on innovation, partnerships and new business opportunities.
