Job summary

The Proposal Development Associate is an entry-level role focused on managing proposals and quotations for clinical trial services with support from the Proposal Development Team Lead.

Qualifications

• Degree and/or relevant coursework in life sciences, pharmaceutical, business administration, logistics or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage global opportunities, proposals and quotations under guidance from internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain quotations using pricing models and templates.
• Timely update of systems to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage change requests from clients and make appropriate updates.
• Liaise with internal teams for input and deadline delivery and provide updates to internal stakeholders.
• Manage ad hoc reports, dashboards and trackers.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.

The Role

The Proposal Development Associate is responsible for managing assigned proposal and quotation opportunities for clinical trial services under the guidance and review of the Proposal Development Team Lead, Proposal Development Leader and/or experienced Proposal Development Coordinators. The position is an entry-level role within the Proposal Development career pathway. This role collaborates with Business Development to enable sales activities within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage global opportunities, proposals and quotations under guidance from internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain quotations using pricing models and templates.
• Timely update of systems to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage change requests from clients and make appropriate updates.
• Liaise with internal teams for input and deadline delivery and provide updates to internal stakeholders.
• Manage ad hoc reports, dashboards and trackers.
• Other required tasks assigned by management.
• Degree in life sciences, pharmaceutical, business admin, logistics and supply chain, or related fields
• Familiar with MS suite, especially Excel

Our office is based in Changi Business Park and we provide shuttle buses to different parts of Singapore.
