Job summary

CHRIS-CONSULTING GROUP PTE. LTD. is looking for an Assistant Manager/Project Manager to oversee property development and project management tasks in Singapore. You will coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors, ensuring compliance with authorities and timely milestones.

The role requires a degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with hands-on involvement from concept to handover and a focus on quality across all project stages.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 5+ years in property developments.
• Good understanding of local building codes and authorities' regulations.
• Ability to manage projects from concept through handover with project team.
• Familiar with Singapore property projects and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in regular meetings to facilitate development among stakeholders and authorities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure planning approvals and milestones are met.
• Liaise with authorities to expedite approvals.
• Assist property management team to ensure high-quality handover to purchasers.

• Involve in property development, project management, maintenance, rectification/ upgrading, and defect rectifications.
• Assist in the planning, execution, monitoring, control and completion of the projects.
• Work closely with the various teams such as architect, consultants, contractors to ensure projects are executed in compliance with relevant authorities’ requirements.
• Involved in regular meetings to facilitate the project development between the various stakeholders and authorities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors and regulatory authorities to ensure planning approvals are obtained and project milestones are met.
• Liaise with relevant authorities, if necessary, to expedite with the necessary approvals.
• Assist property management team to ensure proper handover of projects to the purchasers with high standard of quality.
  

Qualifications

• Degree with min 5 yrs or more experience in property developements.
• Familiar with Singapore property projects and relevant authorities’ rules and regulations.
• Knowledgeable of local building codes, regulations, building authority requirements, authorities’ approval procedures and regulations.
• Be able to handle all aspects of a project from concept design, design development, submission & implementation, construction, TOP and handover; with the project team members (consultants & contractors).
