Job summary

Wee Poh Construction Co (Pte) Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-rise construction initiatives. You will report to the Project Manager and oversee the overall implementation, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to required quality while guiding a team of professionals.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree (Singapore PE Board recognition preferred), with at least 6 years’ experience managing high-rise buildings.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree required (Singapore PE Board recognition preferred).
• 6+ years of experience managing high-rise building projects.
• A&A experience in commercial building/shopping mall and upgrading projects will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Project Manager.
• Oversees overall implementation and completion of construction projects within scheduled cost, time and quality.
• Leads a team of professionals and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operations.
• Liaises with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering. Singapore PE Board recognized Degree is preferred.
• Min 6 years’ experience in managing high rise building projects.
• Candidates with Addition and Alteration (A&A) experience in commercial building / shopping mall and upgrading projects will also be considered.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individuals with a proven track record in the building industry.
