Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Possess Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certification (advantage).
• WSQ trained in SIC and ERT (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Handle and take over premises to/from tenants/purchasers.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedule.
• Supervise and liaise with contractors for maintenance repairs.
