Job summary

JONES LANG LASALLE PROPERTY CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is seeking a Senior Fire Safety Manager to lead the M&E team for a mixed development. You will manage day-to-day maintenance of M&E systems including electrical, ACMV, lighting, generators, AV, fire protection, elevators, and telecoms, while ensuring safety and adherence to design intent.

You will develop maintenance plans, coordinate vendors within budget, review tenant fit-outs, and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in relevant engineering/building services with 3–8 years of experience.
• Experience in managing high-rise commercial buildings or mixed developments.
• Knowledge of operation, maintenance, fit-out practices and local ordinances.
• Independent, proactive, and good interpersonal/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the M&E team to deliver property management services for a mixed development.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and operations of M&E systems (Electrical, ACMV, Lighting, Generators, AV, Fire Protection, Elevators, Telecommunication, Kitchen Exhaust, Grease Interceptor, Wi-Fi).
• Monitor and ensure safe, efficient operation of all M&E systems and adherence to design intent.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance plans and budgets; procure parts and services within budget.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors to complete repairs on time and to standards.
• Review tenant fit-out applications; prepare expense approvals and proposals for client approval.
• Prepare monthly reports and senior-management performance updates; lead the team to KPIs.

Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
