Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore is seeking a project management professional to lead the integration of specialised systems and themed attraction elements supplied by global vendors. You will drive tender processes, coordinate across consultants, vendors, and contractors, and maintain alignment among stakeholders from tendering through site execution.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with controls systems, specialised electrical infrastructure, or themed scenic construction is a strong advantage.
• Strong command of English; Conversational Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on active construction sites and occasional evening or weekend work as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead tender processes for integration packages and related services; evaluate submissions for best fit.
• Manage post-award interfaces across consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure coordinated delivery.
• Drive assigned workstreams with focus on strategic and operational outcomes; perform required admin tasks to keep work progressing.
• Maintain clear communication so stakeholders are aligned; provide guidance to team members as needed.
• Support project controls (schedule, risk, budget) as required.
