Job summary

Resorts World at Sentosa Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a seasoned Controls Engineering professional to lead project scope, feasibility studies, budgets, schedules, and procurement for complex attraction systems. You will provide technical oversight for ride and show controls, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and motion control, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

You will coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and site acceptance while managing OEMs,

Qualifications

Degree in Control & Automation Engineering or related engineering discipline.
5–7 years in Controls Engineering or related industries.
2+ years in project management or supervisory role.
Experience with industrial control systems and ride/show control systems is preferred.
Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and industrial networks.
Ability to interpret schematics, network diagrams, and project docs.
Familiarity with risk management, safety reviews, and change control processes.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, feasibility, budgets, schedules, procurement, and risks to deliver projects safely and on time.
Provide technical oversight for ride and show control systems including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and motion control.
Review software docs and electrical designs to ensure safety and maintenance compliance.
Coordinate installation, testing, validation, FAT/SAT, and site acceptance for ride/show systems.
Manage OEMs, system integrators, vendors, and contractors; oversee deliverables and schedules.
