Job summary

Talent Trader Group in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and resources. You will coordinate with engineers, site teams, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure timely delivery and profitability.

You will manage safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, maintain documentation, and support audits and business development opportunities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in smoke control, fire alarm, HVAC, or building automation systems.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, PM practices, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, basic knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM; able to manage multiple projects and teams in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, procurement, and milestones to ensure timely delivery and margins.
• Lead project teams, engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and forecasts; resolve issues, improve efficiency, provide performance updates.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, quality control, documentation, and handover to ensure compliance with specs and standards.
• Ensure compliance with WSH, ISO standards, regulations; maintain safety docs, support audits, and assist business development.
