Design for Safety Management Consultancy is seeking a Safety & Health Project Coordinator to oversee construction project processes and ensure WSH compliance. You will coordinate meetings with owners, clients, consultants and the main contractor, and facilitate design reviews with stakeholders.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Safety and Health or related fields, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Formación

• Project management and operations management skills required.
• Knowledge of building design and construction processes.
• Safety and health experience preferred.
• Familiar with legal requirements for building construction.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, organized and meticulous.
• Excellent written and oral communication, presentation and problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Attend coordination meetings with owners/clients/consultants and main contractor.
• Facilitating Design Review Process with stakeholders to identify safety risks.
• Compile and prepare Risk Assessments to WSH requirements.
• Record minutes of meeting, prepare and submit weekly and monthly report.
• Oversee, manage, administer and plan on daily routine and overall project matters.
• Report and discuss with the Design for Safety Professional (DfSP) on work progress and status.
• Coordinate and liaise with all stakeholders to meet WSH requirements, schedule and customers’ expectations.

Job Description (Responsibilities)

• Attend coordination meetings with owners/ clients/ consultants and Main Contractor;
• Facilitating Design Review Process that involves relevant stakeholders to identify and address safety and health risks associated with construction projects;
• Compile and prepare Risk Assessment to WSH requirements;
• Record Minute of meeting, prepare and submit weekly and monthly report;
• Oversee, manage, administer and plan on the daily routine and overall of all the projects matters.
• Report and discuss with the Design for Professional (DfSP) on the work progress and status pertaining to the all projects.
• Coordinate and liaise with all stakeholders to meet WSH requirements, project schedule and customers’ expectations.
  

Job Requirement

Degree / Diploma in Safety and Health / Civil & Structural Engineering / Architectural / M&E / Facilities Management / Building Construction or Safety Officer / Professional in operation or its equivalent;

• Project Management skills, Operations Management skills;
• Building design and construction processes;
• Have safety and health experience;
• Legal and statutory requirements associated with building construction and Professional with new processes and methodologies that met customers expectations;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a desire to strive for continuous improvement;
• Self-motivated, independent, committed and resourceful; with initiative and drive to deliver organized and meticulous work;
• Written and oral communication, presentation, facilitation and problem-solving skills;
• Fresh graduate is welcome.
