PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive professional to support the Technology Futures / AI Project Office in driving AI adoption and stakeholder engagement. You will research AI tools, coordinate POCs, and manage M365 Copilot licensing and user support.

Qualifications

Experience in civil service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Research and evaluate AI tools and identify suitable business use cases.
Conduct AI outreach, training, and awareness initiatives.
Manage Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing, usage monitoring, and user support.
Maintain AI-related platforms, resources, and communities of practice.
Coordinate Proof of Concept (POC) projects, technology showcases, and partner engagements.
Track project progress, gather feedback, and support implementation of technology solutions.
