Job summary

SHKS SCAFFOLDING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable project coordinator/engineer to prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor engineering projects.

You will liaise with clients to interpret needs and ensure field representation, collect information and follow up on inquiries. Join a dynamic team to perform quality control, assign daily/weekly plans, report progress to management, review deliverables and apply standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned engineering projects.
• Interact with clients to interpret needs and represent them in the field.
• Request information and follow up with owners on submittals.
• Perform quality control of schedules, plans and personnel performance; report progress.
• Assign daily and weekly plans to workers.
• Coordinate with project manager and team members.
• Review deliverables and initiate corrective actions.
• Adhere to rules, regulations and performance standards.
• Monitor multi-discipline projects and job schedules.
• Support both in-house and client projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects
• Interacting with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field.
• Request for information, follow up with owner response to sub requesting information
• Perform overall quality control of the work (schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status to manager
• Assign responsibilities (daily and weekly plans) to workers
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and team members
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects and monitor job schedules
• Supporting both in house projects as well as active projects for client
