Job description

Contract duration: 6month + 6 months contract

Working hours: 8.30AM - 6.00PM (Mon-Fri)

Salary: $3,800 – $4,500

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate IT projects to ensure timely delivery within the defined scope.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress against milestones, and implement corrective measures when necessary to maintain project trajectory.
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of the business requirements, processes and the overall business context.
• Present project updates to the Project Committee chaired by the System Owner.
• Coordinate the Change Management Plan/Activities for any system changes.
• Review business processes and procedures to ensure security compliance.
• Propose system modifications and improvements to stakeholders and vendors.
• Drive the implementation of agile practices within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and adaptability.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, data privacy and security regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or information systems, business analytics or related fields
