Job summary

MI2-GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a site construction supervisor to lead planning, supervision, and monitoring of construction activities across office and retail projects. The role focuses on timely progress, safety compliance, and effective manpower deployment to support successful project delivery.

The candidate will read and interpret drawings, coordinate with stakeholders, provide regular progress updates, and resolve on-site issues. Weekend work is required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in office and retail construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and monitor work progress at project sites.
• Develop manpower deployment plans to optimize site workforce.
• Ensure safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Provide updates on site progress and milestones to the project team.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and resolve on-site issues.

Job Summary

You will lead planning, supervision, and monitoring of construction site activities to ensure timely progress and compliance with safety standards, while managing manpower deployment and resolving technical issues to support successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and monitor work progress at project sites to ensure timely completion of construction activities
• Develop and implement manpower deployment plans to optimize site workforce efficiency
• Ensure all site works comply with established safety procedures and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment
• Provide regular, clear updates on site progress and key milestones to the project team for informed decision-making
• Manage on-site issues by troubleshooting technical problems and delivering effective resolutions to minimize delays
• Execute additional duties as assigned by the Project Manager to support overall project objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in office and retail construction projects
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings to guide site activities accurately
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Availability to work on weekends as required to meet project demands
