Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Lead Site Manager to oversee all on-site activities for projects, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and timely execution in line with contract requirements and Hitachi Energy policies.

You will coordinate site execution from construction through testing, commissioning, and final handover, leading teams and subcontractors while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships at project sites in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience managing construction, installation, commissioning, or infrastructure projects in power/energy/industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of site management, project execution, cost control, and subcontractor management.
• Sound understanding of HSE requirements and risk management practices.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.

• Monitor site costs, manage budgets, support forecasting activities, and oversee local procurement within delegated authority.
• Ensure proper document control and use of current project documentation and revisions.
• Lead, coach, and develop site teams to ensure effective execution and a high-performance work environment.

Your Background
