RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Supervisor to supervise and coordinate day-to-day site works, including sub-contracts, safety and quality control, on projects in Singapore.

The role requires monitoring daily progress, coordinating manpower mobilization, materials planning and reporting to stakeholders. You will attend meetings, conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with authority requirements while maintaining a safe, clean working environment.

Formación

• Min Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant.
• Min 3 years’ experience in main contractor on projects of similar scale, nature and complexity.
• Alternate 5.5 days.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site works including sub-contracts, safety and quality control.
• Monitor daily on-site progress, identify delays or issues and implement necessary actions.
• Coordinate and monitor progress of project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning and ordering.
• Prepare monthly progress reports for in-house, owner and consultant submissions.
• Attend meetings and conduct site inspections to ensure quality control per authority requirements.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by Construction/Project Manager or Project Director.

Responsibilities

• In charge of monitor the daily progress ofwork-on-site, identifying potential delays or issues and implementing necessary


• Responsible for coordination, supervision & monitoring of the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization,materials planning & ordering and adjustments to keep the project on track.


• Oversee the preparation of monthly progress reportsfor in-house, owner, and consultant submissions, highlighting key achievementsand milestones.


• Attend meetings and conduct site inspections onwork progress to ensure quality control by authority requirements.


• Maintain safe and clean working environment andensure compliances according to standard rules and regulations


• Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned byConstruction Manager/ Project Manager/ Project Director.

Requirement
