Job Scope
- Plan, coordinate, and track projects from design, fabrication, to installation, ensuring timelines and specifications are met.
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide progress updates.
- Liaise with carpentry workshops, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure materials and resources are ready and accurate.
- Conduct site inspections, supervise installation, and ensure work meets quality, design, and safety standards.
- Monitor budgets, track material usage, prepare variation orders, and ensure projects are completed within cost and timeline.
- Manage residential and corporate furniture projects, including delivery and installation.
- Support overall project planning, scheduling, and operations to ensure timely completion.
Job Requirements
- Preferably with experience in industries such as Interior Design, Construction, or on-site/overseas project work.
- Preferably with experience in project management and customer support.
- Able to work extended hours when needed to meet project deadlines.
