• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Business Admin, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
• Knowledge of SAP Business One to support sales order processing and project coordination.
• Service-oriented mindset to support internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders, and project documentation to support sales and project teams.
• Coordinate communication with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project progress.
• Monitor project schedules and follow up on deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Organize project schedules, meetings, and progress updates for stakeholders.
• Manage site documentation, permits, and project correspondence to maintain compliance and records.
• Collaborate with operations to align manufacturing and delivery with project timelines.
• Maintain and update comprehensive project records and reports for tracking.
• Oversee document control processes including registration, revision control, filing, and distribution.
• Ensure timely submission of drawings and technical documents to meet project requirements.
• Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
• Provide administrative support to outdoor sales and project teams on inquiries.
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
