Job summary

Gammon-India-Limited is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Singapore. You will perform measurement of quantities, establish detailed BOQ, source and review quotations, and manage subcontract administration including claims, variations, and final accounts.

You should have a Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines, 3–6 years of experience in construction (preferably MRT/bus depot), knowledge of PSSCOC/REDAS/SIA contracts, and a proactive,

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil & Structural Engineering).
• 3–6 years of experience in construction industry, MRT/bus depot experience preferred.
• Knowledge of PSSCOC and/or REDAS and/or SIA standard forms of Contracts.

Responsibilities

• Take-off and measurement of quantities; establish detailed BOQ.
• Source, review and negotiation of quotations.
• Liaise with internal and external project stakeholders.
