Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Project Planner - Subsea to lead flawless project execution for subsea field equipment projects in Singapore. This role requires coordinating engineering, procurement, construction and installation schedules with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, preferably in subsea oil and gas equipment or in another large-scale manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of Primavera P6 as a planning tool.
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to bring analysis and insights to life for key stakeholders.
• Be comfortable working as a team member and coordinating the planning of several projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Creating, monitoring and managing complex project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction & installation of topside & subsea field equipment.
• Collaborating with project teams, stakeholders and customers to ensure quality and accuracy of project schedules from tender through to execution.
• Recognising opportunities and risks and working with stakeholders to identify and execute mitigations that will ensure project delivery, on time and on budget.
• Preparing and presenting schedule reviews – providing schedule status updates and ensuring that key messages are communicated and understood at all levels of the business.
• Reviewing planning and project administration specifications and working collaboratively with partners to ensure flawless execution of planning processes.

As a Project Planner - Subsea, you will be responsible for flawless project execution through effective coordination of activities and resources. As a Project Planner - Subsea, you will be responsible for:
