Job summary

SeaOwl Group is seeking a Lead Planner to define, coordinate, and optimize planning activities across projects and operations in Singapore. You will work closely with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure clear visibility, reliable scheduling, and effective execution of priorities.

You will lead planning efforts, monitor timelines, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining accuracy in reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in planning, scheduling, or project controls.
  • At least 2 years in a lead or senior planner role.
  • Experience in oil & gas, construction, or industrial projects is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record leading planning activities across multi-disciplinary teams.

As a Lead Planner, you will play a key role in defining, coordinating, and optimizing planning activities to support project and operational performance. You will work closely with the relevant teams to ensure clear visibility, reliable scheduling, and effective execution of priorities.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Requirements

Education:

Experience:
