Job summary

AMXON CONSTRUCTORS PTE. LTD. seeks a detail-driven QS cum Project Planner Admin to oversee budgets, take-offs, and contract admin while tracking project schedules and milestones. Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6 is advantageous for timely delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant construction experience, solid communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate with site and engineering teams on complex draws and documents.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in QS, civil engineering, or related field.
• Experience in quantity surveying, cost control and contract administration.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Primavera P6 for scheduling and planning.
• Ability to read complex drawings and prepare BOQs and tender docs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Monitor budgets, evaluate subcontractor claims, and process payments.
• Prepare monthly progress claims and manage variation orders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with critical path analysis.
• Track milestones and generate progress and financial reports.
