Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Project / Package Engineer - ETO / EPC / Industrial Equipment for a 1-year contract in Singapore (West / Benoi). You will own engineering packages and manage the full project lifecycle from engineering and procurement to manufacturing, testing and final delivery.

The role targets professionals with experience in ETO, EPC/EPCC, package equipment, and multidisciplinary projects within EPC offshore, marine, or industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Engineer-to-Order (ETO) or EPC/EPCC environments.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment projects across full lifecycle.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Drive project execution across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing and delivery
• Manage engineering packages, project schedules, deliverables and key milestones
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities and resolve technical/interface issues
• Review P&IDs, technical specifications, calculations, drawings and engineering documentation
• Ensure engineering deliverables comply with customer specifications and project requirements
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, suppliers and internal engineering teams
• Review vendor technical submissions and support technical clarification/evaluation
• Manage procurement activities, material delivery and vendor expediting
• Monitor project progress, costs, resources and potential schedule deviations
• Identify technical and project risks and implement mitigation plans
• Manage documentation submissions, approvals and project records
• Support manufacturing, testing, inspection and project delivery activities
• Coordinate project invoicing and milestone payment matters
• Work independently with regional and overseas stakeholders

Islandwide company transport provided
Salary: Up to $6,500/month
Completion Bonus: 1 month basic salary
1-Year Contract
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Occasional travel to Malaysia may be required

Calling experienced Project Engineers, Package Engineers and Mechanical Engineers from EPC, offshore & marine, oil & gas, chemical, rotating equipment or industrial equipment environments!

We are looking for a technically strong engineer who can take ownership of engineering packages and project execution across the full project lifecycle - from engineering and procurement through manufacturing, testing and final delivery.

This role would be particularly suitable for engineers experienced in Engineer-to-Order (ETO), EPC/EPCC, package equipment, multidisciplinary engineering or complex industrial projects.
