Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Diploma-qualified Operations professional to manage site-based workflows across Woodlands and various sites. You will consolidate project schedules, allocate manpower and materials, and drive efficiency across multiple projects.

You will monitor daily operations with a hands-on approach, foster strong communication between project and operations teams, and uphold safety standards on-site.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, Building or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in operations within civil/infrastructure/building or project-based environments is an advantage.
• Experience in resource management, project coordination, and team supervision with a practical, hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and focus on efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality and implement improvements.
• Enforce safety standards and regulations during site operations.
• Take prompt enforcement actions for any safety noncompliance.
• Analyse workflows and procedures to address operational gaps and improve efficiency.
• Respond promptly during unexpected crises with clear stakeholder communication.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed by Senior Operations Manager.
• Maintain composure and work extended hours to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance departmental safety standards by enforcing compliance with all safety rules and regulations during site operations
• Take prompt enforcement actions for any safety noncompliance without prejudice
• Analyse existing workflows and procedures to develop policies and structures that address operational gaps
• Take ownership and respond promptly during unexpected crises, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Senior Operation Manager as needed
• Maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure and work extended hours when necessary to meet project deadlines

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil/Structural, Mechanical,Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building or Equivalent,
