Job summary

koe consulting pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a qualified Project Manager to conduct feasibility studies, obtain quotations and funding approvals, and advise on technical matters for client premises in accordance with local authorities' requirements.

You will supervise construction stages, inspect premises after completion, and prepare completion reports. A Diploma/Degree in Building/Project Management with 3–5 years' experience is required, along with strong English, MS Office skills, and

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Building/Project Management or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Familiar with submission process of building plans for local authorities' approval.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.
• Good report writing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Independent, resourceful, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Able to start immediately or on short notice.
• 5-day work week.
