Job summary

PROJECT INNOVATIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to plan and oversee large public residential projects in Singapore.

The role requires coordinating with consultants, authorities, and contractors from conception through to handover, ensuring timely information and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in similar projects, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with MSProj/Primavera and PSSCOC.

Qualifications

• Degree registrable with BOA or PEB (Architecture/Engineering/Construction).
• MProjMgmt qualification advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Singapore authority requirements, procedures, codes and regulations.
• At least 8 years of experience on large public residential projects in Singapore.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities/skills.
• Certificates for Construction Safety, ECM, CONQUAS, ESH advantageous; SocProjMgmt registration essential.
• Hands-on PM software (MSProj, Primavera) and PSSCOC essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project consultants & subject matter experts from conception through tender, construction & completion to ensure information is provided/ updated for timely handover.
• Identify, track and resolve design, authority & construction issues for smooth project implementation.
• Liaise with Clients, Users and Stakeholders to establish project requirements and User brief, resolve issues and report progress.
• Work with Contractors to identify obstacles, curate workarounds and propose alternative solutions for an efficient and timely process.
• Track project milestones and deliverables including submission of reports.
• Oversee and manage public feedback.

JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering or equivalent that is registrable with BOA or PEB.
• Possession of an MProjMgmt will be an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Singapore's authority requirements, procedures, codes and regulations.
• At least 8-years of working experience in large public residential projects in Singapore is essential.
• Effective communication and leadership qualities/ skills.
