Job summary

infrasoft technologies pte ltd seeks a seasoned PM to oversee Transact-related initiatives within a banking IT context. The role emphasizes governance, risk and dependency tracking, while coordinating across Business, IT and Operations to deliver complex projects.

The ideal candidate will influence without direct authority, communicate clearly with senior management, and ensure alignment of priorities and timely delivery across streams and regions.

Technical

Required Experience & Skills

Project Management

• Proven experience managing complex IT projects or portfolios.
• Strong understanding of project governance, planning, RAID management and dependency management.
• Ability to manage several initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and organisational capabilities.
• Ability to challenge plans, commitments and priorities.

Banking / Technology

• Experience in banking IT, preferably Wealth Management or Private Banking.
• Good understanding of core banking platforms and their integration within a complex information system.
• Knowledge of Temenos Transact / T24 is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of banking operations, releases, testing and production processes.

Leadership

• Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working across Business, IT and Operations.
• Ability to influence contributors without necessarily having direct hierarchical authority.
• Strong communication and synthesis skills.
• Ability to expand issues clearly while remaining solution-oriented.
• Comfortable interacting with senior management.

Key Success Criteria

1. 1. Provide one consolidated and reliable view of everything impacting Transact.
2. 2. Ensure that no major dependency or risk is discovered too late.
3. 3. Improve coordination between Transact and the other WITT streams.
4. 4. Increase predictability of Transact deliveries.
5. 5. Ensure clear ownership and follow-up of actions and decisions.
6. 6. Identify capacity or planning conflicts sufficiently early to allow arbitration.
7. 7. Facilitate faster resolution of blockers impacting WITT deliveries.

Miscellaneous & Reporting line

The position will include some travel mainly from Singapore to India and potentially to Europe based on the need.

The Transact PM will report directly to the OPS Division Head and will have a doted reporting line to WITT Program Manager

Specific Qualifications (if required)

• Knowledge & prior experience in Core Banking
• Knowledge & prior experience with TRANSACT is a good to have
