Job summary

Infrasoft Technologies Limited is seeking a Tech PM for Transact-focused initiatives in Singapore. You will lead complex IT programs within a banking IT context, coordinating across business, IT and operations to maintain delivery schedules and quality.

Responsibilities include governance, risk tracking, and ensuring timely decisions. Travel to India and Europe may be required as per project needs, reporting to the OPS Division Head with a dotted line to the WITT Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex IT projects or portfolios.
• Strong governance, planning, RAID and dependency management.
• Ability to manage several initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to challenge plans, commitments and priorities.
• Knowledge of banking IT and core banking platforms.
• Experience with Temenos Transact / T24 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide consolidated and reliable view of everything impacting Transact.
• Identify and mitigate dependencies and risks early.
• Improve coordination between Transact and other WITT streams.
• Increase predictability of Transact deliveries.
• Ensure clear ownership and follow-up of actions.
• Facilitate fast resolution of blockers.
