Job summary

we-plus pte. ltd. seeks a Transact Project Manager within the WITT program to coordinate end-to-end delivery of Temenos Transact initiatives.

You will manage a consolidated portfolio, maintain the Transact roadmap and ensure clear ownership, planning and delivery targets across multiple streams. The role requires extensive experience in complex IT projects, governance, RAID management and stakeholder coordination, with strong communication across business and IT teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or relevant field required.
At least 12 years of relevant work experience in IT/project management.
Experience with governance, RAID management and dependency management is essential.

Responsibilities

Maintain a consolidated view of all WITT projects and initiatives impacting Transact.
Build and maintain the Transact roadmap with milestones, releases and dependencies.
Ensure each initiative has defined scope, owner, planning, dependencies and delivery target.
Identify conflicts or overlaps and facilitate prioritisation.
Coordinate end-to-end delivery from assessment to post-production.
Manage cross-stream dependencies and governance with regular reviews.
Maintain RAID log and a reliable, consolidated Transact portfolio view.
