Job summary

TP ICAP in Singapore is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead allocated programs across Asia Pacific, coordinating with stakeholders and shaping business cases for development.

You will manage changes, ensure delivery timelines, prepare specifications, and oversee testing, UAT, and system releases while adhering to TP ICAP processes. The role requires certifications, strong communication, and hands-on experience with JIRA/Confluence and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Agile project management certification (CSM/CSPO/SAFe or PMI-ACP).
• Strong business analysis skills with Visio/UML diagrams.
• Excellent problem solving, budgeting and conflict management abilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions for TP ICAP.

Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities

• Manage allocated IT projects/programs in offices across Asia Pacific
• Liaise with all key stakeholders to understand the business case for development
• Prioritise enhancement requests and manage delivery timescales to business
• Analyse business issues /enhancements and specify appropriate technical solutions
• Create clear and concise specifications / requirements documentation
• Take responsibility for and manage the involvement of all related technology departments for any project under your control
• Manage the request for changes, adhering to TP ICAP internal change management processes including budget management for the allocated projects
• Produce test cases to ensure accuracy and coverage of solution
• Perform testing of requested changes
• Manage UAT of requested changes
• Project manage all system releases
• Assist in resolving day to day issues related to systems worked on
• Complete any mandatory training by the required deadlines.
• Act with integrity and due skill, care and diligence in carrying out your duties

Experience / Competences

• Agile Project management skills – preferably either CSM/CSPO/SAFE or PMI-ACP certified. Has an understanding on how to coach teams on waterfall methodology to Agile
• Business analysis skills – esp MS Visio, Activity/Swim lane/UML Diagrams
• Problem solving skills, Capacity Management Skills, Budgeting and Conflict Management skills
• Ability to match the basic business requirements to appropriate TP ICAP technical solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Project, Visio
• Experience of issue and task tracking packages e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Adobe Workfront and any Project Portfolio Management tool
