Qualifications

• Agile project management certification (CSM/CSPO/SAFe or PMI-ACP).
• Strong business analysis skills with Visio/UML diagrams.
• Excellent problem solving, budgeting and conflict management abilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions for TP ICAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects across Asia Pacific with stakeholder alignment.
• Capture business cases, requirements and specifications clearly.
• Manage changes, budgets and delivery timelines per TP ICAP processes.
• Oversee testing, UAT and system releases; coordinate with tech teams.
