TP ICAP Management Services (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced finance leader to coordinate APAC monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting, drive consolidation and analysis of regional results, and manage budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.

You will prepare regional management packs, liaise with JV Finance teams, and support month-end, close activities, capital reporting, and compliance processes. Strong Excel skills and Oracle experience are highly valued.

Job duties
  • Lead and coordinate APAC monthly, quarterly, half-year, and year-end financial reporting processes, ensuring the timely and accurate submission of revenue, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and key financial metrics.
  • Oversee regional consolidation and analysis of financial results, providing insights into business performance, key trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
  • Manage APAC budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning submissions.
  • Prepare and review regional management reporting packs, including financial performance reviews, executive dashboards, balance sheet analytical reviews, and business commentary.
  • Act as the primary liaison with APAC Joint Venture (JV) Finance teams, coordinating monthly and quarterly financial reporting submissions, monitoring business performance, and providing financial analysis and insights to regional and Group stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with local Finance teams across APAC to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with Group reporting requirements, accounting policies, and reporting deadlines.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including balance sheet reviews, variance analysis, and financial control assessments.
  • Lead regulatory and capital reporting activities, including capital adequacy monitoring, regulatory submissions, and short-term capital forecasting.
  • Drive finance governance and control activities, including control attestations, audit support, risk management, policy compliance, and process reviews.
  • Partner with business leaders and senior management to provide financial analysis, strategic insights, and decision support.
  • Manage regional finance projects, system implementations, automation initiatives, and process improvement programs to enhance reporting efficiency, control effectiveness, and data quality.
  • Support external and internal audits and coordinate responses to regulatory, tax, and compliance-related requests.
  • Develop and maintain finance reporting frameworks, KPIs, management dashboards, and performance metrics to support effective decision-making.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to regional and local Finance teams, fostering collaboration, capability development, and knowledge sharing.
  • Act as a key liaison between APAC Finance, Group Finance, FP&A, Risk, Treasury, Tax, HR, Technology, and other functional stakeholders.
  • Deliver ad hoc financial analysis, special projects, management presentations, and business case evaluations to support strategic initiatives and senior management decision-making.
