Job summary

Michael Page Singapore is recruiting to lead end-to-end security technology projects across Singapore, focusing on CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and IP-based systems within a business services environment. The successful applicant will hold a Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or a related discipline, with proven delivery of security/ELV projects, plus strong communication and coordination skills.

PMP certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering security technology or ELV projects.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and IP-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end life-cycle of CCTV projects from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Monitor risks, resolve technical issues, and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee subcontractors and site activities to ensure compliance with designs.
• Support customer training, operational transition, project reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and IP-based systems.
• Experience managing project schedules, resources, budgets, and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills; PMP certification or equivalent is advantageous.
