Job summary

The Project Manager role at TOSS-EX PR PTE. LTD. will drive technology solution delivery using C#/ASP.NET and similar architectures, covering the full SDLC with system integration experience.

A self-starter with a proactive attitude to learn technical, business, and industry concepts is essential. Responsibilities include planning, scripting, executing, reporting, coordinating with partners and vendors, and leading a project team while ensuring clear communication and thorough documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent IT field.
• Experience with RFID systems.
• CITPM and/or PMP certification.
• 5 years of project management experience on medium/large scale projects.
• Experience in delivering systems integration.
• Good written and verbal communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing project activities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Grasp business domain knowledge quickly.
• Plan, script, execute, prepare reports and statistics, communicate to users, and resolve UAT/operations issues.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors.
• Lead a team to support the project.
• Communicate clarifications to internal and external users.
• Conduct walkthroughs and training with external users when applicable.
• Prepare and update documentation and reports.
• Identify deficiencies and propose appropriate improvements.

Job description

Role: The Project Manager will be a critical member of the team responsible for the delivery of technology solutions utilizing C#/ASP .NET technology or other similar system architecture. He/she will be involved in full SDLC cycle of the system with experience in system integration. To succeed in this role you must be a self-starter and have a positive attitude towards learning technical, business and industry concepts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Able to grasp and understand business domain knowledge within a short timeframe.
• Plan, script, execute, prepare reports and statistics, communicate to users, and resolve all issues raised by users during UAT and operations.
• Management and coordination with external partners and vendors
• Management and lead a team to support the project
• Communicate to internal team and external users for all clarifications
• Conduct walk through and clarification training sessions with external users where applicable
• Prepare and update documentations and reports where required
• Identify system or data deficiencies and discrepancies, and recommends appropriate improvements and changes.

Job Knowledge/Skills

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent. Candidates with a relevant IT diploma may also apply.
• Preferably with experience in RFID systems and related technologies.
• CITPM and/or PMP certification
• Experience in designing and implementing C#, ASP.NET systems using OO related concepts in NTier architecture will be advantageous
• 5 years of experience in Project Management of medium or large scale projects
• Experience in project delivery in systems integration
• Knowledge of Biometrics, multi-media analytics, access control, robotics is a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills is required
• Good management of time and able to set and adjust priorities for tasks according to changes in project activities.
• Versatile and able to adapt readily & effectively to unexpected or changing conditions.
• Goal-Oriented with strong drive and initiative to deliver. Self-motivated. Able to meet deadlines. Good team player. Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work extended hours during project peak period.
