Job summary

JOBLINE RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced enterprise architect to drive technology strategy and design end-to-end solutions across application, system, infrastructure, and hardware layers.

You will engage with clients to understand objectives, map requirements, and present value-driven options. The role requires at least 8 years in enterprise architecture consulting, strong stakeholder engagement, n-tier design, and familiarity with AWS, biometrics, and IoT integration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience, including expertise in enterprise and solution architecture consulting skills.
• Experience designing end-to-end solutions covering application, system, infrastructure, and hardware-integrated environments.
• Exposure to kiosks, self-service terminals, biometric devices, RFID readers, cameras, IoT, or other integrated end devices is a plus.
• Professional experience with n-tier application architecture development.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills across detailed and conceptual levels.
• Experience with AWS Cloud implementation, network design, business analytics, security, and biometrics is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience in several listed technologies/products.

Responsibilities

• Develop project technology strategy by understanding client objectives and planning full project life cycle.
• Design end-to-end integrated solutions across application, system, infrastructure, and hardware to meet requirements.
• Prepare and deliver business value solutions including proposals, presentations, and PoC demos.
• Propose technical solutions and estimate resources to develop them.
• Communicate alternatives in cost, benefit and risk when multiple options exist.
• Highlight the impact of proposed solutions on customer goals and business value.
• Manage customer relationships by explaining architecture standards and resolving concerns.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, infrastructure, and hardware teams for feasibility and integration.
• Participate in business development, identify opportunities, generate proposals, and support sales.
• Identify opportunities to reuse solutions across engagements to increase efficiency.
• Monitor emerging technologies and assess their applicability to goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop project technology strategy by understanding key client objectives; diagnosing and mapping client requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending project approaches; preparing time and cost estimates; planning full project life cycle


• Design and propose end-to-end integrated solutions covering application, system, infrastructure, and hardware components to meet customer business and operational requirements


• Prepare and deliver business value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentations, and proof-of-concept demonstrations where necessary


• Propose technical solutions and oversee the selection of technologies and estimation of resources required to develop the proposed solutions


• Articulate alternatives in terms of cost, benefit, and risk where multiple solutions exist


• Highlight the positive impact of the proposed solutions and how they achieve customer business goals


• Manage customer relationships by communicating architecture standards and frameworks; answering questions; resolving concerns and issues


• Work closely with internal engineering, infrastructure, and hardware teams to ensure solution feasibility and integration compatibility


• Actively participate in the business development lifecycle, including identifying opportunities, generating proposals, and supporting sales efforts


• Increase organizational effectiveness by identifying opportunities to leverage solutions across engagements


• Improve information usefulness by tracking emerging technologies and evaluating their applicability to business goals and operational requirements


• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong experience in designing end-to-end solutions covering application, system, infrastructure, and hardware-integrated environments


• Exposure to solutions involving kiosks, self-service terminals, biometric devices, RFID readers, cameras, IoT, or other integrated end devices will be an added advantage


• Professional experience with n-tier application architecture development


• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to function at both detailed and conceptual levels


• Experience with AWS Cloud implementation, network design, business analytics, security, and biometrics will be an added advantage


• Hands-on experience in several of the following technologies/products:
