Job description

We are looking for a solution-oriented and business-savvy Project Manager to take a key role in delivering and optimising eye-share solutions for our customers.

In this role, you will be a trusted partner to our customers — guiding them from initial requirements through to successful implementation. You will work closely with both our internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure that every eye-share solution is tailored, effective, and built to last.

What you'll do:

As our Project Manager, you will play a central role in delivering eye-share solutions that create real value for our customers.

• Guide customer engagements from requirements gathering through to successful implementation and go-live.
• Analyse business process requirements and translate them into effective, tailored system solutions.
• Manage mid-to-large scale projects, including resource coordination, planning, and milestone tracking.
• Drive implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring smooth delivery and minimal disruption for customers.
• Deliver training to both local and international customer teams, adapting your approach to different audiences.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on finance and procurement processes, helping customers optimise how they work.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and on the customer side.
• Collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure customer needs are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.

We are looking for you who:

• Have solid experience in a similar advisor, consultant, or project management role — ideally within IT, finance, or procurement.
• Have strong domain knowledge in Accounts Payable, financial reporting, and/or procurement processes.
• Have experience with IT or ERP systems and a genuine interest in how technology supports business operations.
• Have a proven ability to manage multiple assignments and coordinate resources effectively.
• Communicate fluently in English, both written and verbally.
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership.
• Are collaborative by nature and able to work effectively across cultures and backgrounds.
• Are confident in expressing your views and proactive in driving things forward.
