Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in shipyard project management, a technical degree (Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering), proficiency with MS Office, and willingness to work full-time in Batam.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a shipyard project manager.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related technical field.
• Knowledge of new building ship projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Willingness and ability to work full-time in Batam, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project milestones and track progress against schedules to ensure timely contractual delivery
• Direct and coordinate daily on-site operations and logistics to maintain efficient workflow
• Supervise and manage suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance
• Oversee contract administration including compliance, scope management, and commercial deliverables
• Act as the primary liaison for clients to communicate project status and address requirements
• Lead the project team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues promptly
• Serve as the final decision-maker for all major site operations and personnel management
