Job summary

Lim Wen Heng Construction is seeking a Deputy/Project Manager to lead project planning, coordination and execution on-site in Singapore. You will manage schedules, budgets, and teams including subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

You will monitor progress, mitigate risks, enforce safety and quality standards, and regularly update clients and stakeholders while mentoring junior team members. A degree in civil engineering is required with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as Deputy or Project Manager in construction.
• Proven track record delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Thorough understanding of construction processes, regulations and safety requirements.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
