Job summary

CREATEMAKE Private Limited is seeking a Project Manager / Project Site Executive to lead interior design and build projects from concept through on-site execution. You will bridge design with technical drafting, sub-contractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery and quality work.

Qualifications

• Proven project management or site execution experience within ID/Design & Build or Renovation industries in Singapore.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with portfolio of technical drawings and carpentry details.
• Strong knowledge of local renovation regulations, building guidelines, materials, and carpentry detailing.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple active project sites under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationships with sub-contractors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily construction and renovation activities across residential and commercial sites.
• Ensure site dimensions match working drawings and address variations quickly to avoid delays.

The Role & What You’ll Do

As our Project Manager, you will take ownership of the physical transformation of our spaces, acting as the critical link between design concepts, technical drawings, sub-contractors, and our clients. Your responsibilities include:

• Drafting & Documentation: Produce, modify, and review detailed 2D construction drawings, space plans, and carpentry details using AutoCAD.
• Site Management & Supervision: Oversee and coordinate daily construction and renovation activities across residential (HDB, Condominium, Landed) and commercial project sites.
• Technical Blueprint Alignment: Ensure all site dimensions match working drawings, troubleshooting variations and drafting onsite modifications quickly to prevent delays.
• Timeline Scheduling: Establish, update, and manage strict project master schedules, tracking key structural milestones and custom carpentry fabrications to guarantee on-time delivery.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary operational point of contact for clients, translating design and technical drawings into clear project status updates.
• Resource Optimization: Strategically coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, and our internal design team to streamline materials, manpower, and budgetary constraints.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven project management or site execution experience within the Interior Design (ID), Design & Build, or Renovation industries in Singapore.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory, with a solid portfolio of technical shop drawings, furniture detailing, and electrical/lighting layouts.
• Strong knowledge of local renovation regulations, building guidelines, construction materials, and carpentry detailing.
• Highly organized individual capable of managing multiple active project sites efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships with both site sub-contractors and discerning clients.
