Max Interior Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Project Executive to oversee and coordinate renovation projects in Singapore. The role is full-time, with a 6-day work week, focusing on delivering on time, within budget and to high standards.

You will lead project plans, budgets, and stakeholder communications while mentoring junior team members. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of renovation project management experience and are proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office, with a Diploma/Degree in Interior

Qualifications

• 2–5 years proven renovation project management experience.
• Renovation workflows, planning, and cost management experience.
• Proficient with project management software and AutoCAD/Microsoft Office.
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Construction or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, designers, consultants and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and labor resources.
• Ensure projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and performance.
• Mentor and support junior project team members.

We are seeking a dedicated PROJECT EXECUTIVE to join our dynamic team at Max Interior Pte Ltd, a leading Renovation company in the East Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our exciting renovation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients, designers, consultants and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets

• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed

• Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and labor resources

• Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards

• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and performance

• Mentor and support junior members of the project team

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience in renovation project management

• Excellent understanding of renovation workflows, planning, and cost management

• Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills

• Proficient in using project management software and tools like AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Construction, or a related field

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
