Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Engineering & Automation to drive warehouse projects from planning to completion in Singapore. This permanent role requires strong leadership in automation, process re-engineering and cross-functional coordination.

You will oversee feasibility, CAPEX, and stakeholder management while delivering integrated solutions that boost productivity and efficiency across warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse automation projects.
• Proven ability to manage change and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and data analysis.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.
• Exposure to AutoCAD or SolidWorks is a plus.

Senior Project Manager – Engineering & Automation

Employment: Permanent

Location: Changi South

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Salary: S$8,000 – S$9,000/month

Key Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse implementation, engineering, automation and process re-engineering projects for new and existing operations.
• Develop warehouse solutions covering facility, equipment, storage systems, workflow and manpower optimisation.
• Lead warehouse relocation and inventory transition projects from planning through implementation.
• Develop and implement automation/integrated solutions to improve productivity and warehouse efficiency.
• Manage project feasibility, CAPEX requirements, documentation and stakeholder coordination through successful implementation.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, systems, automation and data analysis.
• Proven ability to lead change, implementation or continuous improvement projects.
• Background in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain preferred.
• PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification is advantageous.
• AutoCAD, SolidWorks or equivalent design software exposure will be an advantage.
